Auto-responder Emails in Shared Hosting
Setting up an auto-responder message will take you just a few clicks if you are using a shared hosting with us. You can do this via the Emails section of our in-house developed Hepsia Control Panel where you could see all your email addresses available in alphabetical order. You can pick an email and click on the auto-responder icon or just right-click and choose the feature in the context menu that will appear. All you need to do is to enter the text that you'll want to be sent as the automated reply and save the change. You'll be able to enter any text you would like and updating or disabling the auto-responder function is just as simple. From the exact same section of the Control Panel it is easy to check which mail accounts have the option enabled and which don't.
Auto-responder Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
If you want to host your domain names in a semi-dedicated server account from us, you'll be able to add an auto-responder to any email address you make from the Emails section of your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel. All email addresses that you have will be listed in alphabetical order within this section and for each of them you'll see a small "Auto-responder" button. To enable the option, click the button for an individual e-mail address, type in the message that you would like people to get as the answer to their e-mails, then save your changes. It is possible to change or delete this text any time following the same steps. If you need to add in an auto-responder to a number of email addresses, you'll be able to pick them and include a message to them simultaneously - an option, which is available in Hepsia and which can save you a lot of time.
