In case you have a shared hosting plan with us and you set up email addresses in your account, you are able to forward it with only a couple of mouse clicks to another address of your choice. The option can be enabled when you make a new mailbox or whenever you want later and deactivated just as easily any time you change your mind. This is done through the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel in which you can handle your account. You will also have the option to decide if a backup of the incoming emails will remain on our servers or not. The main benefit of this option is you will always have a backup on your end if anything happens with the other mailbox or maybe it's not active for reasons unknown during the time an e-mail message is forwarded. When the feature not active, an email will be received, forwarded and removed from our servers even if the remote email is working or not, so it is usually a wise decision to have it active just to be prepared.
E-mail Forwarding in Semi-dedicated Hosting
If you have a semi-dedicated server from our company, you will need only a few clicks in the Email Manager area of your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel to forward any of the e-mails created on our server to a third-party e-mail address. In the same area you will also have the ability to see how many of your email addresses are forwarded and where the inbound emails are going. It is possible to activate or disable a forwarding account at any time and throughout the process you can also decide whether a copy of the messages should be maintained on our servers or not. Even though this option is not a necessity, it is very practical since you will get a backup copy of the messages on our end in case that something happens with the third-party mailbox. Even if they have a momentary issue, you risk losing email messages as when our system gets and forwards a message, absolutely nothing will be kept on our end unless you selected a copy to be saved.
